The District of Tumbler Ridge offers a wide variety of accessible recreational programs and activities. The Community Centre, along with clubs and organizations, provides opportunities to participate in programs, social events, health and wellness programs and cultural activities.

TR Rippers Quilt Guild


(All Ages)
A local group that get together twice a week to share new ideas and patterns for quilt making.

Come out and share your patterns, quilting tips and workshops.

Tumbler Ridge Community Garden & Composting Club


The Tumbler Ridge Community Garden & Composting Society promotes the benefits of a healthy homegrown diet with zero carbon footprint. For more information contact Crys White at (250) 242-4499.

 

Forever Young Society


The Forever Young Society is operated by volunteers as a resource and information corner as well as a gathering place for social activities. Located at Willow Hall.

Lions Club of TR / Lions Club Bingo


The Lion’s Club meets the first Thursday of each month in Room 3 of the Tumbler Ridge Community Centre. Contact Bob at 780-916-5747 for more information.

Lions Club Bingo is on Mondays at 7:00PM in Room 5 of the Tumbler Ridge Community Centre. Doors open at 6:30PM. Bingo to take place on Tuesdays if Monday is a statutory holiday. For more information contact Frank Walsh at (250) 242-4609.
