Specifications:
- All advertising will be for a fixed term of 1 year.
- The initial location of advertisements are done on a first come, first serve, and first pay basis, prime and non prime locations are marked on an arena map to be included in each advertising package.
- The sponsor organization is responsible to submit their ready to go to print of their logo design to the Community Services Department.
- Upon approval, the Sponsor Organization will be responsible to pay the full amount (cost of production, installation and sponsorship donation).
- All in-ice logos will be procured by the District and installed by District Staff for the duration of the contract. The cost of production of the logo will guaranteed usage for at least two seasons by the District. In the second year the business is only responsible for the installation costs and the sponsorship donation.
- The District is responsible to dispense the donated amount listed in the contract to the Non-profit Organization(s) listed in the contract.
