District of Tumbler Ridge: Zoning Bylaw Update

Through 2021-2022, the District of Tumbler Ridge updated its Official Community Plan (OCP) and has adopted the 2023 OCP as a bylaw. The OCP describes the community’s vision and sets the future course of growth for the community.

To help implement the updated OCP’s vision and directions, Tumbler Ridge’s Zoning Bylaw (Bylaw No. 585, 2012) is now being updated. The Zoning Bylaw update aims to create a user-friendly document that responds to the communities needs and values and ensures that the bylaws policies align with current zoning and development standards.
